Dear
Hr Manager / Head hunters
Posting a job-advt (whether in a
newspaper or on a jobsite) is like shooting in the dark. You cannot see whether
you have hit the target.
Even after charging you lakhs of rupees, will any newspaper or any jobsite
(including those claiming to be No.1 ), tell you precisely how many jobseekers
read your advt?
We do - because it is your right.
Your right to know whether your advertising money is getting you results or is
it money down the drain.
Here
is a list of
all the job-advts that you have ever posted on
this site ( in reverse chronological order )
When you click on any, We show you, who -and how
many jobseekers read your advt.
Then click on the name of any of those jobseekers to view his Profile.
If he happens to have the right background, email or phone ( to ask why he
didnt "Apply online"! )
In an age of talent - crunch you have got to be proactive. You just cannot
afford to wait for the candidate to "Apply Online".
